Round & Round The Garden x

My husband has been especially amazing these last couple of weeks as I try to juggle UNI around everything else. He and Arnold have been spending most of the weekends together so that I can catch up on all my readings, lectures and assignments!!! And it is so lovely to see them playing together x

So on Sunday he took some time off with his brother to continue landscaping our back yard. As usual Mr Pickles and Honeybee where there to lend a hand. I can't wait until Arnold is big enough to help Daddy in the garden x

3 Little Kittens x

On the weekend my mother gave me a pile of books for Arnold. He just loves his books and has taken to turning the pages with tremendous vigor!

I was surprised to find that one of the books used to be mine.
I remembered how much I had loved this book. I would line up all my toys in front of my doll house and read it to them. Then I suddenly felt sad that I had forgotten all about it... I guess that is what happens as you grow up.
I can only hope Arnold is just as fond of it as I was x

1st playgroup down x

A spontaneous decision to join my gorgeous friend and her son at the local playgroup, turned out to be just what we needed.

Again, I wondered how my little baby boy got to be so big! There have been some many times when I have just wanted time to stand still... And today watching him play was defiantly one of those times x

Down came the rain...

Overcast rainy days make me miss England and my friends that extra bit more x

10 Months Already? x

It feels just like yesterday...
I remember when Arnold was only weeks old and a couple of people told me, to enjoy every single day I have with him because it just all goes by too quickly. They were right! I can't believe where we are from where it all began... Less than two months till we can celebrate your first Birthday x

The Children's Hospital x

In the early hours of last Monday our little family was off to The Children's Hospital at Westmead. Our little boy was having surgery. Thankfully, everything went great and we had him back home and tucked into bed by the afternoon.

Our hearts and thoughts went out to all the children and families we met in the waiting room x

This was the best hug ever x

A Visit From Grandpa x

Since my Dad moved to the sunshine state of Queensland, we don't get to see him much. So this morning was made extra special when he dropped in for a delicious coffee and a cuddle with Arnold. Judging from all the smiles, he certainly remembered his Grandpa x
